Why We Do It:
When dental offices were shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was trying to see emergency patients with only one other employee to help out. I realized how little I knew about the daily operations of my OWN dental practice, and how inefficient some of our systems and procedure my team was doing day to day.
I began to wonder how I would effectively train new team members if the old ones didn’t come back, and I knew I could do a better job than simply writing down on paper how to do things.
This is how the concept of VTM was born, and since 2020 my team has seen their efficiency and profitability skyrocket. The same thing is happening with other VTM clients, as they utilize the app and train their teams. Taking what other business do to be successful and applying it to the dental field.
